Elanco, a global leader in animal health, wanted to boost brand loyalty by offering consumer rebates through its website. The goal was to simplify the rebate submission process, gather valuable customer data, and improve consumer engagement with Elanco’s range of pet and farm animal products.

Integration
Developed an iFrame microsite for Elanco, integrating API functionality for receipt uploads and seamless rebate claim submissions with their vendor.
Fraud Mitigation
Deployed proprietary technology to screen for fraudulent submissions, complemented by human verification to minimize errors and ensure accuracy.
Processing
Managed over 26 different product offers and processed rebates ranging from $25 to $100, improving customer experience and Elanco’s overall engagement.
Results
The new rebate processing platform led to improved customer engagement and more efficient rebate management for Elanco. The seamless system increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, with Elanco now able to track and respond to consumer rebate claims more effectively.
