PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Independent dealer networks are the lifeline in certain markets sales flow. Polaris needed a better solution to leverage their in-store and direct to consumer marketing incentives. In order to do so – they needed their dealer network to embrace these offerings. We created a comprehensive processing platform that empowered these dealers to push Polaris backed offerings.
OBJECTIVE: Creating a integrated platform across all of Polaris’ North American business base with the objective of providing marketing claim processing in concert with a usability and design that would further drive dealer support.
