Arrowhead utilized its proprietary technology to screen invoices for fraud, followed by human verification to further reduce fraudulent submissions.

The new platform incorporated Arrowhead’s rebate processing services, ensuring efficient management and validation of rebate claims. The system supports over 26 different product offers, allowing customers to easily submit rebates and receive rewards while improving Elanco’s overall customer engagement.
