Sean Silver has been a cornerstone at Arrowhead since 2011, working his way up from Senior Director of Account Management to Executive Vice President. He now leads multiple key teams including Account Support, HR, IT, and Coupon Services as part of the executive leadership. With his extensive experience in client relationships and strategic marketing, Sean ensures every client gets exceptional service while driving growth across all of Arrowhead’s partnerships.

Matt Prokop has been driving operations at Arrowhead since 2007, starting as a Business Development Manager and now serving as Executive Vice President of Operations and Production. His years of hands-on experience in client communication and program setup have made him essential to scaling the company efficiently across multiple industries. As part of the Prokop family leadership team, Matt’s comprehensive understanding of the business ensures operational excellence throughout the organization.
