As Vice President of Human Resources, Ann Dingman wholeheartedly believes the best part about working at Arrowhead is the people and the culture.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in communication from the College of Saint Benedict, Ann spent nearly two decades in management roles at Herberger’s and Target Corporation before joining Arrowhead as Director of Human Resources in 2018.
Ann lives at her lakeside home 25 minutes outside of Grand Rapids, where she unwinds with family, friends, and her dogs, Ella and Maddie. A true Minnesotan, she enjoys kayaking and paddleboarding in the summer, and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
