Luke Prokop, named president at Arrowhead in 2025, has been with the company for nearly a decade. Luke started his career at Arrowhead when he was hired as director of business development in 2017. In 2023, he was promoted to executive vice president, and in 2025, took on the role as president of the company his grandfather founded in 1983. When asked what the best thing about working at Arrowhead is, Luke believes: it’s the people.
Luke attended Saint John’s University and earned an MBA at University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business. Prior to joining the Arrowhead team, Luke worked in various sales and management roles, particularly in the manufacturing and transportation industries.
Luke enjoys spending time with his family in Grand Rapids including his children Laney, Lachlan, and Birdie, and his wife Lana. Luke is also an avid runner, having completed several marathons and triathlons.
