Luke Prokop was named President of Arrowhead in 2025, nearly a decade after joining the company his grandfather founded in 1983.
Luke began his Arrowhead career in 2017 as Director of Business Development, was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2023, and stepped into the presidential role two years later. When asked what he values most about working at Arrowhead, his answer is simple: the people.
A graduate of Saint John’s University, Luke earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business. Before joining Arrowhead, he held various sales and management positions in the manufacturing and transportation industries.
Luke lives in Grand Rapids with his wife Lana and their three children—Laney, Lachlan, and Birdie. An avid runner, he’s completed several marathons and triathlons.
