Matt Prokop joined the Arrowhead team in 2007 and has served as a leader ever since—first as Business Development Manager, then as Director of Operations. In 2023, Matt was promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations and Production. He is energized by the teamwork, collaboration, and innovation that happens across Arrowhead teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and their customers.
Matt completed his undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Toby. He’s also an avid golfer and downhill skier. As a second-generation Grand Rapids resident, Matt deeply appreciates the quality of life this northern Minnesota town offers.
