Matt Prokop joined the Arrowhead team in 2007, and he’s served as a team leader ever since – first as business development manager, then as director of operations. In 2023 Matt was promoted to executive vice president, operations and production. Matt is invigorated by the teamwork, collaboration, and innovation that occurs between Arrowhead teams, which enables them to provide the best experience for clients and their customers.
Matt completed his undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Outside of the office, Matt likes to spend time with his family and dog, Toby. He’s also an avid golfer and downhill skier. Matt is a second generation Grand Rapids resident who appreciates the quality of life that this northern Minnesota town provides.
