Case Study: BioAdvanced® $30 Rebates Driving Engagement Across 22 Retail Chains

Objective

BioAdvanced® Science-Based Solutions, a leading consumer lawn and garden brand owned by SBM Life Science Corp., wanted to boost sales and improve product placement at independent garden retailers. The brand also sought to gain a direct connection with consumers to better understand their purchasing behavior, which can be challenging when working through third-party retailers. The goal was to drive product movement while offering retailers a bonus and gaining valuable consumer data.

The Arrowhead Approach

Arrowhead provided a consumer-facing rebate platform that allowed consumers to create an account and log their purchases online. The rebate program offered up to $30 in savings based on purchase amount, with a seamless, user-friendly experience through a microsite integrated into the client’s existing URL.

Additionally, Arrowhead developed a repository of receipt structures for 22 different retail chains and employed proprietary technology to mitigate fraud by identifying duplicate claims.
