Objective

This project aimed to provide a high-efficiency solution for clients to expedite orders and receive live order details and notifications. This system sought to bridge the gap between order placement and delivery by offering a direct line to a dedicated logistics team.

The client's primary objectives were to:

  • Accelerate Order Velocity: Provide a mechanism to expedite orders for rapid delivery.
  • Live Visibility: Deliver real-time notifications and order details directly to the client.
  • Minimize Checkout Friction: Ensure the system integrates into ordering platforms without impacting the standard checkout process.
  • Automate Status Alerts: Implement a system that triggers immediate updates for fulfilled, partially fulfilled, or cancelled orders.

The Arrowhead Approach

We engineered the FastTrack system to allow clients to place orders directly with our specialized logistics staff. The architecture prioritizes ease of implementation, which allows it to function within existing platforms without disrupting the user experience. To maintain total transparency, we built an automated alert framework that pushes critical shipment data to the client at every milestone. This allows partners to select expedited delivery options and receive immediate tracking information as soon as a shipment leaves the warehouse.
