Objective
A Minnesota Fortune 500 company, a longtime Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment client, sought to create exclusive holiday kits for shareholders. The goal was to offer these kits at a greatly reduced price off retail, showcasing both flagship products and emerging product lines to demonstrate the company’s value to shareholders. Given the multi-generational audience with varying preferences, the promotion needed multiple engagement channels to be successful.
The Arrowhead Approach
We created a comprehensive, multi-channel kitting and fulfillment system to deliver exclusive holiday kits to 50,000 shareholders with precision and efficiency.
Flexibility
Offered multiple order channels including phone-in, mail-in forms, and an ecommerce website to accommodate diverse shareholder preferences.
Optimization
Developed a detailed mapping document for packing, ensuring 23 items were arranged in each box with optimized shipping for holiday gift-giving.
Fulfillment
Handled the complete fulfillment process, including white glove packing, fraud mitigation, and the management of funds, including checks.
Results
The program led to positive shareholder feedback on forums and directly to the client. The kitting services provided by Arrowhead ensured timely delivery, and the project successfully drove shareholder loyalty. Additionally, Arrowhead’s coupon redemption services helped streamline the entire order process and ensured efficient and accurate handling of checks and payments.
