Luke Prokop

Luke Prokop was named President of Arrowhead in 2025, nearly a decade after joining the company his grandfather founded in 1983.

Luke began his Arrowhead career in 2017 as Director of Business Development, was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2023, and stepped into the presidential role two years later. When asked what he values most about working at Arrowhead, his answer is simple: the people.

A graduate of Saint John's University, Luke earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Before joining Arrowhead, he held various sales and management positions in the manufacturing and transportation industries.

Luke lives in Grand Rapids with his wife Lana and their three children—Laney, Lachlan, and Birdie. An avid runner, he's completed several marathons and triathlons.

Matt Prokop

Matt Prokop joined the Arrowhead team in 2007 and has served as a leader ever since—first as Business Development Manager, then as Director of Operations. In 2023, Matt was promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations and Production. He is energized by the teamwork, collaboration, and innovation that happens across Arrowhead teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and their customers.

Matt completed his undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Toby. He's also an avid golfer and downhill skier. As a second-generation Grand Rapids resident, Matt deeply appreciates the quality of life this northern Minnesota town offers.

Sean Silver

Sean Silver joined Arrowhead in 2011 as Senior Director of Account Management and now serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing Account Management, Human Resources, and Information Technology. With a background in client service and marketing, Sean thrives as a solution provider—partnering with clients through teamwork and collaboration.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and his Marketing Communications Certificate from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.

Based in the Twin Cities, Sean regularly makes the trip to Grand Rapids for both work and recreation. When he's not in the office, you'll find him fishing, hunting, playing guitar, manning the grill, or spending time with family and friends at the lake.

Ann Dingman

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ann Dingman wholeheartedly believes the best part about working at Arrowhead is the people and the culture.

After earning her bachelor's degree in communication from the College of Saint Benedict, Ann spent nearly two decades in management roles at Herberger's and Target Corporation before joining Arrowhead as Director of Human Resources in 2018.

Ann lives at her lakeside home 25 minutes outside of Grand Rapids, where she unwinds with family, friends, and her dogs, Ella and Maddie. A true Minnesotan, she enjoys kayaking and paddleboarding in the summer, and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.

Danica Salisbury

Danica Salisbury, Vice President of Finance, has worked at Arrowhead for more than 25 years. For Danica, building meaningful relationships with coworkers and clients is what she values most about her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and computer science from St. Cloud State University.

Living on Deer Lake in Grand Rapids, Danica treasures the beauty of the lakes and the warmth of small-town community life. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes snow skiing, gardening, fishing, and hiking. She also loves traveling, attending fitness classes, and cheering on her kids at hockey games—all while making time to connect with family and friends.

Jake Iverson

Jake Iverson joined Arrowhead in 2004 as a Computer Programmer after earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Over nearly two decades, Jake has advanced from Programmer to Director of Information Technology and now serves as Vice President of Information Technology. An avid problem solver at heart, he thrives on tackling new challenges and helping clients achieve their project goals. From mapping out technical details and timelines to allocating resources, Jake enjoys setting the stage for success and watching it unfold.

A Grand Rapids resident, Jake loves spending time outdoors—biking, hiking, and enjoying the company of family and friends.

Greg Baumann

Greg Baumann, Director of Information Security and Network Support, joined the Arrowhead team in 2007. He values the flexibility Arrowhead provides its employees, including the opportunity to work remotely.

When he's not working, Greg enjoys spending time on the water or in the woods. He also treasures moments with family, friends, and his dog, Charlie.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology from Western Governors University.

Jake Tackett

Jake Tackett joined the Arrowhead team as Director of Coupon and Rebate Products in 2024. An energetic problem solver, Jake enjoys working with clients to find innovative solutions and fresh opportunities.

Before joining Arrowhead, Jake worked in sales, technical support, lead training, and management roles at Apple, and as a Senior Experience Strategist at Capsule—a marketing, branding, and design firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He holds a bachelor's degree in vocal performance from Greenville University.

In his free time, Jake enjoys walks at Beaver Lake, baking bread, gardening, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. When he's in the Grand Rapids area, he appreciates the delicious food, beautiful scenery, and the town's charming resemblance to a Hallmark movie setting.

Liz White

Liz White, Director of Business Development, brings over 20 years of sales experience to Arrowhead. For the past five years, she has been instrumental in leading Arrowhead's presence at tradeshows and industry events—building meaningful relationships and representing the brand with excellence.

What sets Liz apart is her deep understanding of the business, her ability to connect instantly with people, and her talent for driving every interaction forward with confidence and purpose. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications from the University of Minnesota and is based in the Twin Cities area.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys photography, listening to podcasts, and exploring all different kinds of music. She also treasures spending time with her family and children.

Toni Yanok

Toni Yanok, Director of Operations, joined the Arrowhead team in 2013 as an Inbound Customer Service Representative. While working with clients, Toni is committed to exceeding expectations through creative solutions and genuine partnership.

When she isn't spending quality time with her husband and daughter, Toni enjoys reading, crafting, and visiting the North Shore.

Toni attended Riverland Community College and lives in Grand Rapids.

Dominic Flood

For Account Director Dom Flood, Arrowhead has always been part of his story.

Dominic first joined the company at age 11, working on the maintenance and grounds team after his father got a job at Arrowhead. Since then, he's built a career spanning nearly every department—from Order Processing and Call Center to Production, Business Development, and now Account Support. He thrives on the variety and unique client relationships that come with working in promotions.

When he's not chasing (or being chased by) his nieces and nephews, Dominic enjoys spending time on the water and in the woods. As a lifelong Grand Rapids resident, he values the community and pride of small-town life—qualities that are woven into the fabric of Arrowhead's culture.

Julie Johnson

Julie Johnson joined Arrowhead in 2021, bringing more than a decade of experience in client relations. As an Account Director, she thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and help them achieve success.

Her favorite part of working at Arrowhead is the people—the talented colleagues who share a commitment to delivering innovative and effective solutions. Julie graduated from UW-Stout with a degree in marketing and is based in the Twin Cities.

She values the opportunity to visit the Grand Rapids office and connect with the team in person. The strong sense of teamwork and dedication to client success make Arrowhead an ideal place for her to grow and contribute.

Rebecca Levitz

With nearly three decades of Arrowhead experience, Rebecca Levitz is an integral part of the client service team. From her work as a Senior Account Manager to her current role as Account Director, Rebecca maintains daily contact with clients, connecting them to seamless solutions made possible by Arrowhead's comprehensive range of services—all under one roof.

Like generations of her family before her, Rebecca raised her children in the heart of the Chippewa National Forest, just west of Grand Rapids. She feels a deep connection to the land where her family operates a fishing camp in the beautiful sanctuary of tall pines, blue water, and rolling hills.
