For Account Director Dom Flood, Arrowhead has always been part of his story.
Dominic first joined the company at age 11, working on the maintenance and grounds team after his father got a job at Arrowhead. Since then, he’s built a career spanning nearly every department—from Order Processing and Call Center to Production, Business Development, and now Account Support. He thrives on the variety and unique client relationships that come with working in promotions.
When he’s not chasing (or being chased by) his nieces and nephews, Dominic enjoys spending time on the water and in the woods. As a lifelong Grand Rapids resident, he values the community and pride of small-town life—qualities that are woven into the fabric of Arrowhead’s culture.
