Luke Prokop, named president at Arrowhead in 2025, has been with the company for nearly a decade. Luke started his career at Arrowhead when he was hired as director of business development in 2017. In 2023, he was promoted to executive vice president, and in 2025, took on the role as president of the company his grandfather founded in 1983. When asked what the best thing about working at Arrowhead is, Luke believes: it’s the people.
Luke attended Saint John’s University and earned an MBA at University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Prior to joining the Arrowhead team, Luke worked in various sales and management roles, particularly in the manufacturing and transportation industries.
Luke enjoys spending time with his family in Grand Rapids including his children Laney, Lachlan, and Birdie, and his wife Lana. Luke is also an avid runner, having completed several marathons and triathlons.
Matt Prokop joined the Arrowhead team in 2007, and he’s served as a team leader ever since - first as business development manager, then as director of operations. In 2023 Matt was promoted to executive vice president, operations and production. Matt is invigorated by the teamwork, collaboration, and innovation that occurs between Arrowhead teams, which enables them to provide the best experience for clients and their customers.
Matt completed his undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics.
Outside of the office, Matt likes to spend time with his family and dog, Toby. He’s also an avid golfer and downhill skier. Matt is a second generation Grand Rapids resident who appreciates the quality of life that this northern Minnesota town provides.
Sean Silver, executive vice president, account management, human resources and information technology, joined the Arrowhead team as senior director of account management in 2011. With a background in client service, account management, and marketing, it’s no surprise that Sean enjoys being a solution provider to Arrowhead’s clients through teamwork and collaboration.
Sean received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and his MBC Certificate in Marketing Communications from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
When he’s not in the office, Sean enjoys fishing, hunting, playing the guitar, working the BBQ grill, or spending time with his family and friends at the lake. Sean lives in the Twin Cities area, but he loves heading up to Grand Rapids for work and recreation.
As the vice president of human resources, Ann Dingman wholeheartedly believes the best part about working for Arrowhead is the people and the culture. After graduating from the College of Saint Benedict with a bachelor’s degree in communication, Ann gained nearly two decades of management experience while working at Herberger’s and the Target Corporation. Ann joined the Arrowhead team as the director of human resources in 2018.
After work, Ann unwinds at her lakeside home 25 minutes outside of Grand Rapids where she spends time with family, friends, and her dogs, Ella and Maddie. A true Minnesotan, Ann enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding in the summer, and snow skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
Danica Salisbury, vice president of finance, has worked at Arrowhead for more than 25 years. For Danica, the relationships she builds with coworkers and clients are the best part of her job. Danica holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and computer science from St. Cloud State University.
Danica lives on Deer Lake in Grand Rapids. She loves the lakes, and taking part in the small-town community. When she’s not at her desk, you can find Danica snow skiing, gardening, fishing, traveling, taking fitness classes, hiking, watching her kids play hockey, and spending time with family and friends.
After graduating from University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Jake Iverson joined the Arrowhead team in 2004 as a computer programmer.
Jake worked his way up from computer programmer to director of information technology, and most recently to his role as vice president of information technology. Whether it’s puzzles or math, Jake is an avid problem solver - someone who looks forward to facing new challenges each day at Arrowhead, helping clients achieve project successes. From developing the technical details, to creating the timeline, to choosing the resources, Jake likes to set the stage for success and then watch it unfold.
Jake is a Grand Rapids resident who loves outdoor activities like biking and hiking. Additionally, Jake cherishes time with his family and friends.
Greg Baumann, director of information security and network support, joined the Arrowhead team in 2007. Greg appreciates the flexibility Arrowhead offers its employees, including remote work.
Outside of the office, Greg likes to spend his time out on the water or in the woods. He also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Charlie.
Greg received a Bachelor of Science in information technology from Western Governors.
Jake Tackett joined the Arrowhead team as director of coupon and rebate products in 2024.
Jake is an energetic problem solver, who enjoys working with clients to find innovative solutions
and fresh opportunities.
Before joining the team, Jake worked in sales, technical support, lead training, and management roles at Apple, and as a senior experience strategist at Capsule- a marketing, branding and design firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jake received a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from Greenville University.
In his free time, Jake enjoys walks at Beaver Lake, baking bread, gardening, and spending time
with his nieces and nephews. When he’s in the Grand Rapids area, Jake appreciates the
delicious food, beautiful scenery, and the parallels it has to a Hallmark Movie town.
Toni Yanok, director of operations, joined the Arrowhead team in 2013 as an inbound customer service representative. While working with clients, Toni is eager to exceed expectations through creative solutions and genuine partnership.
When Toni isn’t spending quality time with her husband and daughter, she loves reading, crafting, and visiting the North Shore.
Toni attended Riverland Community College and lives in Grand Rapids.
For account director Dominic Flood, working at Arrowhead has always been part of his story.
Dominic joined Arrowhead’s maintenance and grounds team at the tender age of 11 after his father got a job at the company. Since then, Dominic has worked in nearly every department Arrowhead has: order processing, call center, production, business development and now the account support team. He loves the variety and unique relationships that are part of working in promotions.
When Dominic isn’t chasing, or being chased by, his nieces and nephews, he likes spending time on the water and in the woods. A born-and-raised Grand Rapids resident, Dominic loves the community and pride of small-town life and appreciates how it’s woven into the fabric of Arrowhead’s culture and solutions.
Julie Johnson joined Arrowhead in 2021 and brings over a decade of experience in client relations. As an account director, she thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and help them achieve success.
Her favorite part of working at Arrowhead is the people—the talented colleagues who share a commitment to delivering innovative and effective solutions. Julie graduated from UW-Stout with a degree in marketing and is based in the Twin Cities.
She appreciates the opportunity to visit the Grand Rapids office and connect with the team in person. The strong sense of teamwork and dedication to client success make Arrowhead an ideal place for her to grow and contribute.
With nearly three decades of Arrowhead experience under her belt, Rebecca Levitz is an integral part of the client service team. Between her work as a senior account manager and her current role as an account director, Rebecca is in daily contact with clients, connecting them to solutions made seamless by Arrowhead’s full range of services, all under one roof.
Like generations of her family before her, Rebecca raised her children in the heart of the Chippewa National Forest just west of Grand Rapids. She feels a deep connection to the land where her family operates a fishing camp in the beautiful sanctuary of tall pines, blue water, and rolling hills.
