Building Maintenance Technician

Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment is looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance. This person will be responsible for basic fixes to equipment and building systems, and will ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a keen eye for detail, and has technical knowledge and experience. This position requires manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming etc.
  • Yard upkeep including mowing lawn, collecting trash, shoveling snow, etc.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, setting up cubicles and office furniture.
  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, trouble shooting plumbing issues, etc.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and HVAC units.

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems is a plus
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physical stamina and dexterity
  • Driver’s License required
  • High School Diploma, GED or one to three months experience and/or training. One year of maintenance experience preferred.

Position Type: This is a full time position; shift hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. Occasional weekend hours may be required.

Physical Demands: Regularly lift 10 pounds; frequently lift 25 pounds; and occasionally move/and or lift up to 50 pounds. Individuals should have the ability to be on their feet for most of an 8 hour shift.

SQL Server Developer

Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. is looking for a SQL Server Developer to design, analyze, build and support promotional applications and corresponding promotional databases. This position involves the use of SQL and Crystal Reports.  It also involves designing and creating line of business and print documents for internal and external customers.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Computer Programming or related degree required
  • No prior professional experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Aptitude for math
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work within confidentiality requirements when coming into contact with various forms of PII.

Experience with the following:

  • Microsoft SQL
  • Reporting software, such as Crystal Reports
  • Web development technologies, such as HTML and CSS
  • Microsoft Visual Studio & Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with C# development preferred

Billing Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Billing Specialist is to create invoices and credit memos to clients. This position requires the ability to manage promotion information and promotion funding. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in mathematics, attention to detail, knowledge of accounting and accounting software, and is fluent using Microsoft software programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages specific promotion information, verifies that output matches client specifications, audits and reports program data.
  • Ensures transactions are processed within client required time frames.
  • Manages the change order process to ensure transactions are processed in accordance with client specifications.
  • Prepares activity reports and/or customized reports that report promotion performance for clients weekly or as required by our clients.
  • Manages promotion activity including inventory balances.
  • Audits and manages client prepaid account balances.
  • Reconciles UPS, USPS and miscellaneous data on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.
  • Prepares invoices and validates line items to ensure they are coded to the proper revenue accounts.
  • Answers account receivable phone inquiries and follow-up.
  • Ability to work within the policy and confidentially requirements when coming into contact with various forms of PII.
  • Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting Software; Microsoft Outlook; Internet; Fluency with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word Processing software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is very important. Must have general logic working with numbers daily.
  • Must be able to communicate with various groups of people including employees, clients, vendors, and customers.
  • Must be able to use a fax machine, copier, and 10-key adding machine.

Education and/or Experience:

Two-year Accounting Degree from a college or technical school or related experience.

Account Coordinator

Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. is looking for an entry level marketing position where focus is on acquiring necessary business knowledge, technical capabilities, and understanding of Arrowhead’s products, services, customer businesses, and promotions. Primarily a support role under supervision, as needed, of the Account Manager and Account Director. (Supervision is on an as needed basis – some small client promotions may not include direct supervision.) Training includes both formal and on-the-job and employee must be able to attend all training offered by Arrowhead.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrator of the promotion and setup documentation
  • Quality assurance of the promotion setup
  • Executing and monitoring program results according to expectation
  • Adhoc reporting of program statuses
  • Client support for active program assistance including attending client status meetings and recording and distributing meeting notes
  • Internal resource for department program clarifications/support
  • Other duties may be assigned

 Skills/Qualifications:

  • Manage client requests and program inquiries via phone and email.
  • Develop/Write SPEC documents, check lists, additional docs required for program setup.
  • Attend and provide updates at internal and external weekly status meetings remote and in-person, where requested.
  • Ability to work in a shared environment with other colleagues, when requested.
  • Answer Client program questions before/after launch.
  • Answer internal department questions before and during program.
  • Develop and deploy a schedule for monitoring internal department’s statuses on program launch and activity.
  • Provide instruction for invoicing, funding etc.
  • Write work orders, funding requests, spec revisions.
  • Provide client with activity and adhoc reports.
  • Must demonstrate competent electronic business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take astute and timely meeting notes
  • Adept at Microsoft Outlook including organization of many/multiple folders for received and sent messages, ability to easily find and present historical messages.
  • Adept at Microsoft Excel for creating of tracking reports.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft File Explorer including folder management, creation and integrity protection.
  • Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple programs and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to understand and respond to varying levels of urgency.
  • This position may require travel in and out of state for multiple days from time to time. Up to 10% of time.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal effectively within a variety of situations.
  • Ability to learn and understand customer businesses and promotions including refunds/rebates/coupons, sweepstakes/contests, call center activities, database management, distribution of POS/collateral materials, Internet programs/web development, direct mail/product sampling, and marketing reports.
  • Demonstrate acute organizational skills.

 Education/Experience:

  • 2 years degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Internet, Social Media platforms, and Microsoft Outlook e-mail.
  • Having proficiencies in wireframe software and Google Data Studio is a bonus.
